About the project

Mediapason Group owns more than ten TV Channels. Some of whom are new, some are old and well known in Italy since years. The work was to find a new symbol for the Group, and a solution that communicated to the viewer that the diverse tv channels were part of a single group.
The symbol was built on the name of the group, that used the diapason as part of its naming. The acoustic waves of the diapason were united with the "M" of the Mediapason. 
The "M" is used also In the single brands, communicating the double meaning of "M" and waves, and creating a common elements for all the diverse logos. 
The logos of the single tv channels were slightly redesigned. The overall shape was preserved in order to keep a strong continuity with the original design, but the shapes were refined to be more effective.
