Senior Interaction and Product Designer with 25 years of experience. I bring diverse skills and expertise to ceate meaningful design solutions.

My studio supports Companies in the developing of new products, providing services of Industrial and Interaction design. Authenticity, quality, concreteness are the values that drive my professional approach.

I was born in Siena, one of the most beautiful cities of Italy. Growing in an environment rich in art and visual stimuli, pushed me even as a child to realize that my passion was drawing and creativity. When I was 19 I moved to Milano, pushed by my will of working in the Design & Creativity areas, with the aim of applying my passion of design to create concrete products. I graduated at Politecnico di Milano, with honors.
I've been working as a Designer for over 25 years. During my career I had experience across diverse design fields and disciplines: objects, interaction, books... In a word where specialization is seen as a must, I decided to follow what passionate me, facing the requested tasks as a challenge for my talent and capabilities. This attitude helped me to live in a continuos learning process, achieve a large amount of skills, and gain a broader perspective.

My corner stone and passion is to use my technical and intellectual skills to create concrete solutions. According to me, Design is the process that begins with a research, go through the processing of information that lead to the idea, which is then concretized and made usable by everyone, getting out from the mind of who thought it.
Confront different issues and tasks is a stimulus for me. This attitude allowed me to learn and be able to grasp the complexity of the birth of a new product in its differents aspects and steps. Having a strong design method and an open mind is for me a must as a designer. This way a designer can cope its work fully and consciously, having a full vision of the process, be it an object, a communication, an interaction. The understanding and knowledge lead to innovation. Without food, how can we grow and improve? In the same way, our mind needs to be continuosly feeded and stimulated with new exploration opportunities.

Thanks to the quality of my work, in 2004 I was selected by Adobe to join the group “Adobe Guru” for Digital Imaging, and I've been part of the “Adobe Community Professional” and of the “Adobe Certified Instructor” teams. I was Lecturer of Computer Graphics at the Istituto Europeo di Design for 13 years. I am the author of 8 best-selling handbooks about Photoshop.
